If you were directed by a technician to download our remote support application, please follow these steps.
Click the image below to download the remote support client for Microsoft Windows.
Click “Run” to open the remote support client after the download is complete. This image shows where the button is found in Microsoft Internet Explorer, but your browser may be different. Downloaded files should be displayed in the bottom left corner of most browsers.
Click “Yes” if your screen becomes dark and displays a new window asking “Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?”
Tell your technician the “Password” that is displayed in the remote support client window. You will not need to tell them the ID field number, it appears in our system when you open the program.
